Helping Hands Ministry is a mission at First LBK working to help elderly homeowners make their homes safe and dry.
First LBK has a long standing partnership with Family Promise and has hosted families in the church and provided meals over the years. Currently we are partnering to provide meals 4 weeks a year.

Each September on Labor Day, Lubbock Habitat launches the Blitz Build. This event brings together a large and diverse group of volunteers from the entire community including employee groups, churches, student organizations, and civic groups.
